DESCRIPTION

• Food grade. BPA free
• Ideal size for children to carry in their school bag
• White glossy printable coating
• Wide black screw cap. Flip-open lid and slide down lock
• Cylindrical stainless steel bottle which does not transfer flavour to the drink
• Anti-burn feature
• Can be personalised with a heat press using 6-9 oz heating elements. Also with a sublimation oven using clamps, heat shrink bags (Ref. 049293) or silicone sheets
• Comes individually boxed

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimation, remove the cap of the thermos flask
• Although the interior is resistant to oxidation, it is not resistant to corrosion. Avoid keeping acidic, fermented, or carbonated drinks inside for more than 24 hours. It is recommended to wash it after each use

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Remove the lid from the flask
• Hold the paper with the paper's printed side against the flask and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Press for 35 seconds, medium-high pressure
• Take out the thermos flask with the help of a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the oven to 200ºC
• Remove the lid from the flask
• Hold the paper's printed side against the bottle and fix it with heat-resistant tape
• Place and adjust the wrap around it, or insert the thermos into a heat shrink bag and shrink with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
• Remove the newly printed water bottle using a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper
