DESCRIPTION

• Food grade. Bisphenol-A (BPA) free
• Blue inner layer protected with a silicone layer that acts as a placemat so you can eat directly on it
• Printable matte off-white outer layer. Velcro straps closure
• Easy to close and open. Straight-cut corners for easy folding. Folds inwards as if you were wrapping a present
• Lightweight and pleasant to the touch
• Easy to clean. Wipe the silicone part after use
• Eco-friendly and reusable. Reduces daily use of plastics and aluminium foil
• Can also be personalised with other techniques alone or in combination with sublimation printing: HTV, DTF or DTG printing, screen printing and textile transfer

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Leave the Velcro strap out of the press during sublimation
• The protective film must be removed from the silicone layer before sublimating the sandwich wrap
• Before personalising the sandwich bag using DTG printing, you must carry out the appropriate pre-treatment for polyester printing

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Make sure the area where you place the food is clean
• Unfold the sandwich wrap completely, leaving the silicone part visible, and place the velcro (hook strap) and the fabric strap (loop strap) at opposite ends
• Remove the protective film
• Place the food in the middle
• Fold the top and bottom of the sandwich wrap over it as if it were wrapping paper
• Take the end of the fabric strap and hook it to the Velcro strap
• If you plan on storing it for a while, we recommend lining it with parchment paper to prevent the silicone from sticking

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200ºC
• Place it on the lower platen of the press with the paper's printed side against it
• Press for 35 seconds, medium-heavy pressure
• Remove the newly printed sandwich bag using a protective glove
• Carefully peel off the paper

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash at 60ºC maximum
• Do not use bleach
• Suitable for tumble dryer
• You can use some disinfectant and a cloth on the silicone side for future use
