DESCRIPTION
- Soft shell cover in white stretch polyester, offering protection without adding weight or bulk
- Sublimable, non-slip, insulating and water repellent fabric. Protects against scratches, minor knocks and weathering
- Food safe canisters. No flavour transfer to the beverage
- Cylindrical body of thick glass
- Plastic screw cap. Matching sleeve
- Suitably sized mouth for easy filling and cleaning of the canisters
- The sleeve can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, textile vinyl, transfer, DTF and UV printing
- Delivered in individual kraft design boxes
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- To save time with less effort, it is advisable to partially sublimate the sleeve
- Before sublimating, it is advisable to insert a piece of matting or other material inside the sleeve, so that the area you want to personalise is at the same height as the edges. This base should be (semi-)rigid and resistant to high temperatures

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 180 °C
- Place the sleeve stretched over the base of the iron. Put protective paper inside the sleeve to avoid staining the other side
- Place the printed design on the sleeve. Fix it with thermal adhesive tape to prevent it from moving
- Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the sublimated sleeve
- Carefully peel off the paper
