WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
To maximise the lifespan of the personalisation, it is recommended to:
Wash at low temperature
Turn garments inside out before washing
Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or harsh detergents
Preferably air dry
Wait 48 h before the first wash
If ironing is necessary, do so inside out and at low temperature
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters indicated as a guideline only. It is recommended to carry out tests beforehand to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Print the design in mirror image
Preheat the press to 200 °C
Use a lint remover brush to clean the garment to remove impurities or dust that could cause stains
Place protective paper inside the t-shirt so that the design does not sublimate on the back
Place the t-shirt on the lower platen of the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
Close the press with medium pressure for 20 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed t-shirt
