RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 180 ºC
Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
Close the press at a medium pressure for 90-120 seconds
Use a protective glove to remove the freshly printed mug
Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the oven to 180 ºC
Place the mirror-printed design around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant tape
Adjust the clamp to the bottle, or place it inside a shrink wrap bag and apply heat with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
Use a protective glove to remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or shrink wrap bag, as applicable
Carefully remove the paper from the mug
