DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- As they are metal, they are not suitable for microwaves
- Before customising the silver mug, please note that the chrome colour will blend with the colours of the image to be sublimated. The original colours of the image may change in tone when printed on the mug. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
USING A MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 180 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press at medium pressure for 90-120 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
- Carefully remove the paper
USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC
- Place the mirror-printed design around the mug and fix it using heat-resistant tape
- Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
