DESCRIPTION
- Cylindrical body with double wall to maintain the interior temperature
- Transparent plastic lid with silicone. Secures the lid to the mug body and prevents movement
- Sliding closure tab on the lid. Hole for placing the rigid plastic straw
- Includes black non-slip EVA foam with adhesive to stick on the base
- Suitable for sublimating over the entire exterior surface with a transfer press and sublimation oven
- Presented in a white cardboard box

- The straw hole tab does not seal hermetically. The mug should be kept in an upright position

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200º C
- Remove the lid from the mug
- Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200º C
- Remove the lid from the mug
- Cover the base of the mug with thermal tape
- Place the printed design in mirror mode around the mug and secure it using thermal adhesive tape
- Adjust the clamp, or insert the mug into a shrink bag and shrink it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 5 minutes
- Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
- Cool using a fan or a tub of lukewarm water
