DESCRIPTION

• Fully sublimable surface
• Wide slot at the top allowing for the insertion of notes and coins of different sizes
• Rubber stopper at the base to seal the opening through which money can be extracted. The stopper is easily inserted into the opening by pressure

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Remove the stopper from the money box before sublimating to prevent damage from heat
• In the oven, it can be sublimated using clamps, silicone sheets, or shrink wrap bags as found in Related Products

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating
• Place the printed side of the paper around the money box, secure it with thermal tape, and insert it into the mug press
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated money box

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
• Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating
• Place the printed side of the paper around the money box and secure it with thermal tape
• Apply the clamp or silicone sheet or create a vacuum with the shrink wrap bag
• Place the money box in the oven for about 15 minutes
• At the end of the process, remove the money box with the help of a protective glove
