DESCRIPTION

• High-quality white ceramic money box, printable on its entire surface. Gloss finish
• Wide slot on the top to insert bills and coins of various sizes
• Rubber stopper at the base to seal the hole through which money can be extracted. The stopper fits easily into the hole under pressure

• In an oven, it can be sublimated using wraps, silicone sheets, or heat shrink bags as found in Related Products

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH A HEAT PRESS FOR MUGS

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating
• Wrap the printed side of the paper around the money box, secure it with heat-resistant tape, and place it in the mug press
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• Remove the newly printed money box using a protective glove

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
• Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating
• Wrap the printed side of the paper around the money box and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Attach the wrap or silicone sheet or use a heat shrink bag to create a vacuum
• Place the money box in the oven for about 15 minutes
• At the end of the process, remove the money box using a protective glove
