DESCRIPTION

• Wide slot at the top allows for inserting coins and notes
• Rubber stopper at the base to seal the opening through which money can be extracted. The stopper is easily pressure-fitted into the opening
• Customisable using a mug transfer press or sublimation oven
• With a transfer press, it can be sublimated using a cylindrical mug wrap for 11 oz
• In an oven, it can be sublimated using clamps, silicone sheets, or shrink wrap bags found in the Related Products

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG TRANSFER PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating
• Wrap the printed side of the paper around the money box, secure it with heat tape, and place it in the mug press
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 220 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly printed money box

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the sublimation oven to 200 ºC
• Remove the stopper from the base of the money box before sublimating
• Wrap the printed side of the paper around the money box and secure it with heat tape
• Apply the clamp or silicone sheet or create a vacuum with the shrink wrap bag
• Place the money box in the oven for 15 minutes
• At the end of the process, remove the money box using a protective glove
