DESCRIPTION
METALLIC is a PU sheet (polyurethane) with a metallic finish, especially suitable for textile transfer on thin garments.
- Allows for the creation of small designs with precision
- The carrier or liner is a transparent adhesive PET film (polyester) that acts as a transporter
- The rolls of 48 cm x 5 m have a cardboard core of Ø7.5 cm
- Manufactured in France by Chemica

TRANSFER PARAMETERS
- Cutting blade: 45º
- Temperature: 145 ºC
- Time: 15 seconds
- Pressure: 2.5 - 3.0 bar [medium pressure]
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the design in mirror mode with a cutting plotter
- Remove the excess vinyl (weeding operation)
- Heat the press to 145 ºC
- Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 4-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
- Place the vinyl on the garment and a protective or silicone paper over it
- Press with medium pressure for 15 seconds
- Remove the liner cold
