DESCRIPTION

• Contains reflections that change colour depending on the light incidence
• The backing or liner is a self-adhesive PET (polyester) film that acts as a carrier
• Can be cut with laser and plotter. The laser only cuts the holographic top layer without affecting the lower layers

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Does not have Blockout: on dark polyester textiles, the base colour might migrate and affect the vinyl's tone during transfer
• Being transparent vinyl, its tone changes depending on the colour of the fabric it is applied to

• VeganOK: guarantees that the raw materials used are not of animal origin and are cruelty-free
  
• REACH n° 1907/2006/EU: ensures the absence of hazardous chemicals
  

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

(*) Allows applying another layer of vinyl on top to create multi-colour composite designs

PLOTTER CUTTING PARAMETERS

• Cutting blade: 45º
• Pressure: 90 gf (new blade) and 130 gf (used blade)
  
• Speed: 20 cm/second

TRANSFER PARAMETERS

• Temperature: 155 ºC
• Time: 15 seconds
• Pressure: 2.5/3.5 bar [medium pressure]

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Cut the design in mirror mode with a cutting plotter
• Remove the excess vinyl (weeding or peeling operation)
• Heat the press to 155 ºC
• Place the garment on the press and pre-press for 20 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture from the fabric
• Place the vinyl on the garment and protective paper over the vinyl
• Press with medium-high pressure for 15 seconds
• Let it cool and remove the liner
• Press again for 10 seconds with the same parameters

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash
• Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40º
• Do not use bleach or dry clean
• Air dry or use a tumble dryer on the cotton cycle
• Iron at a low temperature
• If ironing, it is better to turn the garment inside out

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Store in dust-free areas without direct exposure to sunlight
• Storage temperature: between 18 and 26 ºC
• Shelf life: 2 years
