FEATURES

• Compact: desktop size, easy to transport and install on any flat surface
• Sliding quick-change system for heating elements: they can be changed in a few seconds, without tools. Reduces preparation time between jobs and allows the heat press to be adapted to different cylindrical object sizes
• Automatic opening and closing (One-Touch): the heating element adapts itself to the diameter of the container and starts pressing with just one touch of a button
• Aluminium heating elements: robust and highly durable, designed for intensive and prolonged use while maintaining even heat distribution
• Self-adjusting pressure from 20 to 70 kg: adjusts according to the material and thickness of the container to ensure a uniform transfer, without ghost marks or unprinted areas
• Fast and even heating: heats from both sides, distributing temperature without creating cold spots, ensuring sharp edge-to-edge transfers.
• LED display: allows you to easily control time, temperature and pressure settings
• Programmable temperature and time: easily set from the control panel. Adjusts the temperature range up to 200 °C

PLEASE NOTE

• If the item to be sublimated has a smaller diameter than the heating element accepts, you can use the included silicone sheets or purchase more in Related Products
• When using a silicone sheet, pressing time increases because heat takes longer to reach the surface of the item. It is recommended to carry out tests before production
• The included heating element is designed to personalise a mug of 11 oz or one of 15 oz per cycle
• With the included heating element, to personalise the entire surface of handleless items, it is recommended to carry out sublimation in two stages. After the first pressing, rotate the item slightly and carry out a second pressing

For tumblers (Ref. 058665)

• For tumblers with diameters from Ø7.4 to Ø8 cm
• Aluminium heating element, 28 cm long
• Full transfer in a single pass, with no need to rotate the item or carry out a second pressing
• Even heating across the entire heating element to avoid cold spots and achieve sharp edge-to-edge designs

For 40 oz jugs (Ref. 058666)

• For handled jugs of 1180 ml (40 oz) and Stanley-type models
• Designed for large-format jugs with Ø10 cm at the top and Ø7.4 cm at the bottom
• Aluminium heating element, 28 cm long
• Allows edge-to-edge transfers in a single pressing, with no need to rotate the jug
• Includes a silicone sheet 2 mm thick and an insulated jug of 40 oz, with its straw and cleaning brush
• Remove the handle before placing the jug in the heating element

WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE LOKLIK A200M AUTOMATIC HEAT PRESS?

CONTROL PANEL

• Power button: ON/OFF. After switching on, the button will flash with a white light
• Temperature button: press to adjust the value. Press and hold for 2 seconds to switch from °C to °F and vice versa
• Time button: press to adjust the value
• +/- buttons: allow you to raise and lower the temperature and time values. Short press for increments of 5 and long press for increments of 10
• Start button (LokLik icon): it will turn green when the heat press reaches the set pressing temperature. Pressing it starts pressing

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Connect the heat press to the power supply and switch it on by pressing the ON/OFF button
• Set the desired temperature and time settings
• When the red light changes to green, insert the item
• Once inserted, press the Start button and the heat press will close automatically
• The transfer will be complete when the timer ends and you hear a beep
• The heat press will open automatically once the pressing time has finished
• Remove the personalised item using the gloves and leave it to cool
