<p><strong>Frames</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hollow interior designed to hold the photo panel, creating a suspended effect</li>
<li>Inner frame with adhesive strips to fix the photo panel and a slot for the cable to integrate an LED light strip</li>
<li>Photo block design. They stand on their own on flat surfaces, either horizontally or vertically</li>
<li>Back with 2 integrated hooks for wall hanging</li>
<li>Supplied in a kraft cardboard box, wrapped in bubble wrap </li>

<p><strong>Sublimable photo panels</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High-quality MDF wood, <span class="azul-negrita">3 mm</span> thick. Glossy white sublimable surface, completely smooth, without irregularities</li>
<li>Transparent acrylic, <span class="azul-negrita">5 mm </span>thick. Sublimable on the reverse (white side). The image can be seen through the transparent side with a 3D effect</li>
<li>Can also be personalised with other techniques such as <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">screen printing</span>, <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">laser engraving</span>, <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">adhesive vinyl</span>, <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">transfer</span> and <span class="azul-brildor-negrita">UV printing</span></li>

<li>Sublimable photo panels in wood or acrylic <strong>not included</strong>. They may include a paper or plastic protective film on one side, which must be removed before sublimation</li>
<li>Wooden photo panels are sublimated in mirror mode and acrylic panels in direct mode</li>

<p><strong>RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR PHOTO PANELS</strong></p>
<p>Parameters are provided as <strong>a guideline only</strong>. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.</p>
<p><strong>Wood</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror mode</strong></li>
<li>Heat the press to<span class="azul-negrita"> 200 ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the transparent protective plastic from the sublimable side of the panel</li>
<li>Pre-press for<span class="azul-negrita"> 5-10 seconds</span></li>
<li>Place the panel in the press and the printed side of the paper on the white side. Fix it with heat-resistant adhesive tape</li>
<li>Close the press with <strong>medium-high pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">60 seconds</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Acrylic</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>direct mode</strong></li>
<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">190 ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the paper or plastic layer that protects both sides</li>
<li>Place the photo letter on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the sublimable side. Fix it with heat-resistant adhesive tape</li>
<li>Close the press with <strong>medium pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">70-100 seconds</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
