DESCRIPTION
Frames
- Hollow interior designed to hold the photo panel, creating a suspended effect
- Inner frame with adhesive strips to fix the photo panel and a slot for the cable to integrate an LED light strip
- Photo block design. They stand on their own on flat surfaces, either horizontally or vertically
- Back with 2 integrated hooks for wall hanging
- Supplied in a kraft cardboard box, wrapped in bubble wrap
Sublimable photo panels
- High-quality MDF wood, 3 mm thick. Glossy white sublimable surface, completely smooth, without irregularities
- Transparent acrylic, 5 mm thick. Sublimable on the reverse (white side). The image can be seen through the transparent side with a 3D effect
- Can also be personalised with other techniques such as screen printing, laser engraving, adhesive vinyl, transfer and UV printing
LED light
- Flexible strip with 60 warm white LED lights. 4.5 lumens
- Cable length: 100 cm, with switch and USB connection
- Reverse side with adhesive for fixing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Sublimable photo panels in wood or acrylic not included. They may include a paper or plastic protective film on one side, which must be removed before sublimation
- Wooden photo panels are sublimated in mirror mode and acrylic panels in direct mode
TIPS AND ADVICE
- Add an LED light strip to illuminate the edge of the photo panel
- Frame photos, prints, canvases, fabrics, etc. to create unique floating frames

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR PHOTO PANELS
Parameters are provided as a guideline only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Wood
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the transparent protective plastic from the sublimable side of the panel
- Pre-press for 5-10 seconds
- Place the panel in the press and the printed side of the paper on the white side. Fix it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
- Carefully remove the paper
Acrylic
- Print the design in direct mode
- Heat the press to 190 ºC
- Remove the paper or plastic layer that protects both sides
- Place the photo letter on the base plate of the press and the printed side of the paper on the sublimable side. Fix it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 70-100 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
- Carefully remove the paper
