Clear acrylic or methacrylate (PMMA) plastic panels with glossy finish
The sublimated image is seen through the block as if it had volume, creating a 3D effect
Suitable for laser cutting and engraving, PVC-free. They can also be CNC cut
Possible applications: photo panel, promotional or business signs
They can be laser cut to create custom items such as coasters, key rings, magnets, ornaments and more
You can use moulds to give them curved shapes after sublimation. Available in Related Products
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
It is advisable to customise the photo panels with vertical transfer plates. This will guarantee homogeneous transfers over the entire surface
Sublimation on the reverse white side in direct mode (no mirror)
Both the white printable and transparent sides are protected by a plastic film that must be removed

SUBLIMATION TRANSFER APPLICATION
Reference parameters, depending on the initial temperature of the material or the press model. Preliminary tests are recommended to adjust them if necessary.
Preheat the press to 190ºC
Place the printed paper (facing upwards) on the lower platen
Lay the acrylic sheet on the paper with the white side facing the print
Fix it with heat-resistant tape
Press for 70-110 seconds, medium-low pressure
Once sublimated, carefully remove the paper with the help of a protective glove
In case of shaping, place the hot sheet on the mould and press down using a protective glove so that the entire surface comes into contact with the mould
