THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
It is recommended to personalise the photo panels with vertical transfer presses. This will ensure even transfers across the entire surface
Sublimate on the reverse, the white side, in direct mode (not mirrored)
Both sides have a transparent plastic film for protection, which must be removed before sublimation
After pressing, allow the acrylic photo panel to cool on a flat surface with weight on top to prevent warping
TIPS AND ADVICE
You can make tabletop photo frames in different shapes using moulds found in Related Products

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
Heat the press to 190 ºC
Place the printed paper (face up) on the base of the press
Place the photo panel on top of the paper with the white side facing the print
Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
Turn the photo panel over so that the attached paper faces the heating plate. Cover with protective paper
Set the press to medium-low pressure and 70-110 seconds
When finished, carefully remove the photo panel using a protective glove
If moulding, place the hot photo panel on the mould and press using a protective glove so that the entire surface comes into contact with the mould
Allow to cool
