DESCRIPTION

• Strong and durable bond, slightly melts the plastic surface to create a chemical bond
• Suitable for bonding PS, ABS, PMMA (acrylic or plexiglass), PVC, ASA, SAN, ABS/PMMA and with other materials such as wood, ceramic, metal, paper, or cardboard
• Ideal for customisation projects with acrylic like signs or small accessories such as keychains or earrings
• After curing, it achieves a permanent bond with a transparent and clean finish, without visible residues
• Quick drying in a few minutes
• Solvent-based plastic adhesive, toluene-free

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Not suitable for semi-crystalline plastics: polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PET, PTFE, or silicone
• This adhesive is only effective for bonding plastics to each other or with other materials. Not suitable for bonding non-plastic materials (e.g., wood to metal)

GENERAL USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend conducting tests before starting production. Some acrylics may have an additional layer of another material that is not compatible with the adhesive

• Preparation: thoroughly clean the surface to ensure it is dry, clean, and free of grease before applying
• Application: apply a thin layer on one or both surfaces (depending on size)
• Assembly: join immediately while wet and hold for a few minutes. The position of the pieces can be adjusted before drying
• Curing: setting time may vary depending on the type and shape of the pieces. Approximately 5 to 10 min in stress-free bonds
