DESCRIPTION

High definition of images and photos transferred to its surface
Suitable for sublimation only on the white side
Grey back side with glossy finish and protective clear lacquer coating
Rounded corners with a radius of 1.5 mm
Can be customised in both vertical and horizontal orientation
Recommended for indoor spaces. Over time, environmental factors could damage the panel and the sublimated image

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

The customisable side is covered with protective plastic that must be removed before sublimation
Do not include mounts or frames. See some options in Related Products
The moisture in the sublimation paper and ink can cause "bleeding" during printing, spreading from the centre to the edges of the panel. To avoid ink contamination for this reason, we recommend using endura fabric for pressing panels of 30 x 40 cm or larger
The panels with Ref. 038103 are delivered palletised due to their size. The minimum purchase is 4 units

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

Note: The indicated pressing time range is for guidance. A minimum of 90 seconds is suggested for smaller panels, with progressively increasing time for larger panels.

Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 200 ºC
Remove the polyethylene film protecting the white side of the panel
Place the panel on the base of the press
Position the pre-printed design over the panel
Close the press at medium pressure for 90-120 seconds
Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
Carefully remove the paper
