DESCRIPTION

• High ink load layer: ensures high-quality prints with vivid, sharp and intense colours
• Instant peel: the film is removed immediately after ironing, saving time
• High-speed ironing: requires only a few seconds for thermal transfer
• High ink absorption capacity: minimises or eliminates bleeding and ink displacement on the film surface

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Single-use film
• Peeling must be done immediately after ironing. If it cools down, the transfer will not be done correctly
• The non-printable side has a slight shine and is smooth. If you print on this side by mistake, you can remove the ink using kitchen paper or a napkin
• The film may yellow due to heat during curing, without affecting the white or colours of the design

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Use gloves to avoid stains, as fingerprints can affect print quality. The film can easily get dirty
• You can use any transfer press to apply the film, but for long-lasting transfers, we recommend using presses with precise temperature, pressure, and time settings

CURING PARAMETERS

TRANSFER PRESS SUITABLE FOR CURING

The press should not come into direct contact with the design, only provide heat from approximately 3 cm away.

DTF OVEN

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Apply the DTF powder, remove the excess, and cure it
• Cut the excess DTF film
• Pre-iron the garment for a few seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture
• Place the film on the garment
• Iron following the application parameters specified in the table
• Peel the film immediately, continuously without pulling from above
• Iron the garment again for 5 seconds using protective paper to improve the finish and durability

STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight exposure
• Place on clean, flat surfaces when handling
• Keep the storage area clean and dust-free
• Do not compress the films
• Handle with gloves

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash at low temperature
• Do not use bleach or fabric softeners
• Preferably air dry
• If ironing is necessary, do it inside out and at low temperature
