DESCRIPTION

• Automatic bobbin winder: manually starts winding and stops automatically when the bobbin is full
• Filling control system: stops the machine upon detecting a full bobbin thanks to its dual sensor with photocell
• Thread tension adjustment: can be easily adjusted by simply turning the wheel
• Compact design: takes up little space and is easy to transport
• Easy to use: just place the thread, fix the bobbin, and press the button
• Electric operation: connection to power via adapter, included with the machine
• Metal bobbins with an outer diameter of 21 mm and 23 mm, depending on the thread capacity you need to wind

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Suitable for bobbins with an inner diameter of Ø6 mm, both plastic and metal
• The machine is factory-calibrated for optimal filling. It should only be modified if strictly necessary
• To ensure the machine's safety, the plug must have an earth connection

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Install the support rod if it is your first use
2. Ensure the bobbin fits correctly in the holder
3. Adjust the tension with the wheel; too much pressure reduces speed
4. Pass the thread through the guide, holes, and tension discs, and wind a few turns on the bobbin
5. Press the red button to start winding. The machine stops automatically when the filling level is reached

MAINTENANCE

• If the machine does not start or stops prematurely, clean the detector's visor with a soft, clean cloth
• If the speed is significantly reduced:
  • Check the bobbin placement before starting. Thread wound on the shaft can block it and damage the motor
  • Check the thread tension; if excessive, it reduces the winding speed
  • Avoid voltage variations, as they can affect the winding speed. In Related Products you will find power stabilisers
• No lubrication required: do not apply grease or oil to any component, including the bobbin shaft
