DESCRIPTION

• Constant tension control: keeps the thread firm, prevents loosening, and reduces breakage
• Adjustable cone holder mast: allows the machine to be adjusted for cones of different diameters
• Metre selector with timer: indicates the length and the machine stops automatically when finished
• Adjustable speed: adapts the winding to different types of threads: cotton, polyester, viscose, nylon, wool, or blends.
• Automatic and simple use: place the thread, configure, and start
• Compact size: takes up little space and is easily transportable
• Plastic cones with a ribbed surface to ensure thread grip. Size 120 x Ø38 x Ø19 mm

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the thread cones in the creel to start winding
2. Raise the cone holder lever and place the empty cones on the cone holder arm
3. Pass the thread following the path indicated in the user manual diagram. Do not forget to pass it through the break detectors and lower them afterwards
4. Lower the cone holder lever so that the empty cone is in full contact with the thread guide cylinder
5. Ensure that the empty cone is securely fastened in the cone holder
6. Check the position of the break detectors, the thread path, and the switch selection for one or two cones
7. Select the metre length on the selector
8. Start the machine by pressing the button. The machine will automatically wind the configured length
9. Remove the wound bobbin
