THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Remove the cork base before sublimating the mug to prevent it from being damaged by heat
The cork base should not be placed in the microwave or dishwasher
To sublimate the entire mug, it is advisable to use shrink bags, a heat gun and a sublimation oven. The top part can be sublimated with a transfer press as well as with a sublimation oven

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are indicative. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
USING A MUG PRESS
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the press to 180 ºC
Place the paper with the printed side onto the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
Carefully remove the paper
USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror mode
Heat the oven to 180 ºC
Place the design, printed in mirror mode, around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant adhesive tape
Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
