<p><strong>THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND</strong></p>

<li>Remove the cork base before sublimating the mug to prevent it from being damaged by heat</li>
<li>The cork base should not be placed in the microwave or dishwasher</li>
<li>To sublimate the entire mug, it is advisable to use shrink bags, a heat gun and a sublimation oven. The top part can be sublimated with a transfer press as well as with a sublimation oven</li>

<p><strong>RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS</strong></p>
<p>Parameters are indicative. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.</p>
<p><strong>USING A MUG PRESS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror mode</strong></li>
<li>Heat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">180 ºC</span></li>
<li>Place the paper with the printed side onto the mug and secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape</li>
<li>Close the press with <strong>medium-high pressure</strong> for <span class="azul-negrita">200 seconds</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>USING A SUBLIMATION OVEN</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror mode</strong></li>
<li>Heat the oven to <span class="azul-negrita">180 ºC</span></li>
<li>Place the design, printed in mirror mode, around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant adhesive tape</li>
<li>Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with a heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet</li>
<li>Sublimate in the oven for <span class="azul-negrita">13-15 minutes</span></li>
<li>With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper from the mug</li>
</ul>
