DESCRIPTION
- Padded and adjustable straps. Also features a top handle for hanging
- Main compartment with 2 open pockets inside
- Front pocket covers the entire front and can be fully opened. Includes various sections for storing small items such as pens, keys, etc.
- Gusseted base increases capacity and provides stability
- Elasticated side pockets with mesh
- Double zip closure with dual pullers
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- The sublimable part of the front pocket cannot be removed
- It is recommended to use a Nomex pad to prevent the customisable surface from sinking during sublimation and to achieve an even press
- It is advisable to cover the zip with heat-resistant tape to protect it during sublimation
- For customisation with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure not to exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Prepare the front part before sublimating. Apply heat-resistant tape to the non-sublimatable parts of the front, such as the zip
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the Nomex pad on the press and a protective paper on top of the pad to prevent staining
- Fully open the zip of the front compartment and place the sublimatable surface on the Nomex pad
- Place the printed side of the paper onto the sublimatable surface and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Put protective paper on top
- Close the press at medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated backpack
- Carefully remove the paper
