DESCRIPTION

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance purposes. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 180 ºC
• Place the printed design in mirror mode around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant tape
• Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink wrap bag and heat with a heat gun avoiding wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
• Carefully remove the paper from the mug
