  • Original design, ideal for promotional events and celebrations such as weddings, baptisms, stag parties and more
  • Perfect as a souvenir to personalise with pictures of tourist destinations
  • Can be personalised with other techniques such as DTF, screen printing, transfer or self-adhesive vinyl
  • It is possible to customise the whole outer surface
  • Suitable for personalisation with a heat press machine using 12 oz and 17 oz mug heaters. Including a sublimation oven using clamps, silicone sheets or heat shrink bags

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are given as a guideline. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, the inks or the ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.

WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 200ºC
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat resistant tape
  • Press for 180-200 seconds, medium pressure
  • Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug
  • Carefully remove the paper

WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN

  • Print the design in mirror image
  • Preheat the press to 200ºC
  • Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape
  • Adjust the clamp, or place the mug in a heat shrink bag and heat it with a heat gun. Make sure you get rid of all the wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
  • Sublimate inside the oven for 8 minutes
  • Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessory you used
  • Carefully remove the paper from the mug
