DESCRIPTION

• Can be hung both vertically and horizontally
• Suitable for hanging on flat surfaces without the need for a support, thanks to their thickness
• Straight edges
• They can also be personalised with other techniques such as screen printing, laser engraving, transfer and DTF

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The size of the hanging screws must be max of Ø0.8 cm, so that they can be inserted into the grooves
• The grain is different from one photopanel to another, as this is characteristic of natural wood
• The possibility of small colour leaks through the veins of the laminate
• It is advisable to carry out a pre-ironing in order to eliminate the humidity that may be present in the wood
• Although they do not need tabletop stand you can place some for greater stability

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Performs a pre-ironing of 60 seconds, placing protective paper on top and underneath the panel
• Let the panel to cool down completely
• Place the panel on the press and the design with the printed side on the panel
• Iron at medium pressure for 120 seconds
• Remove the panel sublimated from the press and carefully remove the paper
