DESCRIPTION

• Photo panels, photo block style. Due to their thickness, they are self-supporting both horizontally and vertically
• Lighter sublimatable front. The reverse is slightly darker
• Black edges
• Rounded corners, with a radius of 1.5 mm
• Can also be personalised using other techniques such as laser engraving, screen printing, adhesive vinyl, DTF, transfer...

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• They may include a layer of protective white paper that must be removed before personalisation
• The grain pattern varies from panel to panel, as is typical of natural wood
• The edges may contain residues and irregularities from the laser cutting. These can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Varnish the personalised photo panel to protect it and achieve a glossy or matte finish

SIZES

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out prior tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Pre-press for 60 seconds, placing protective paper above and below the panel
• Allow the photo panel to cool completely
• Place the photo panel in the press and the design with the printed side facing the light side of the panel
• Press at medium pressure for 120 seconds
• Remove the sublimated panel from the press and carefully remove the paper
