DESCRIPTION

• The sublimable side is lighter and smoother than the reverse
• Surface with natural wood grain
• Rounded edges and corners with a radius of 1.5 mm
• Can be placed in horizontal or vertical orientation
• They come in a cardboard envelope to present the photo panel once sublimated. You can purchase more separately
• Can also be customised with laser engraving, UV DTF, screen printing, adhesive vinyl and UV printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• They may include a protective white paper layer that must be removed before customisation
  
• The photo panels do not include tabletop stands or hanging hooks. You can purchase these separately
• You will receive the envelope sealed with adhesive tape and a label. Both are removable. They can be easily removed without damaging the envelope so you can reuse it

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Protect the design from wear or provide a glossy finish by applying protective varnish to the wood

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Remove the protective paper that covers the photo panel
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the photo panel on the press base and the printed design on the customisable side of the photo panel. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Pre-press for 15-20 seconds. This will help remove any moisture residue that the wood may have absorbed. This way, it will not chip or crack
• Place the printed side of the paper on the side to be sublimated. Secure them with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 70-90 seconds
• Using protective gloves, remove the freshly printed paper
• Carefully remove the paper
