RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH CUP PLATES
Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 180 ºC
Place the paper with the printed side around the mug and fix it with thermal adhesive tape.
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 200 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated mug Remove the freshly sublimated
Remove the paper from the mug
WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in the mirror
Heat the sublimation oven at 180 ºC
Place the printed part of the paper on the mugPlace the printed part of the envelope on the envelope, fix it with heat tape
Attach to the mug a clamp for sublimation oven or a silicone sheet or, alternatively, make a vacuum with a bag heat shrink
Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
At the end of the process, remove the mug with the help of a protective glove
