DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Although the interior is rust-resistant, it is not corrosion-resistant. Avoid keeping acidic, fermented or carbonated drinks inside for more than 24 hours. It is advisable to wash after each use

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH HEAT PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated bottle
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Remove the bottle cap
- Cover the base of the bottle with heat-resistant tape
- Place the mirrored design around the bottle and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Fit the clamp, or place the bottle inside a shrink bag and shrink it with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 5 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the bottle
- Cool using a fan or a tub of lukewarm water
