<h2>Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing</h2>
<p><strong>WITH A MUG HEAT PRESS<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong>.</li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200ºC</span></li>
<li>Hold the paper's printed side against the mug and fix it with heat-resistant tape.</li>
<li>Press for <span class="azul-negrita">180 seconds</span>, <strong>medium-heavy</strong> pressure.</li>
<li>Remove the newly printed bottle using a protective glove.</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WITH A SUBLIMATION OVEN<br></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Print the design in <strong>mirror image</strong>.</li>
<li>Preheat the press to <span class="azul-negrita">200ºC</span></li>
<li>Remove the cap from the thermos.</li>
<li>Cover the base of the bottle with heat-resistant tape.</li>
<li>Place the printed design in mirror image around the bottle and fix it using heat-resistant tape.</li>
<li>Adjust the wrap around it, or insert it in a heat shrink bag and create a vacuum with a heat gun. You can also use a silicone sheet.</li>
<li>Sublimate inside the oven for <span class="azul-negrita">5 minutes</span></li>
<li>Using a protective glove, remove the wrap, the silicone sheet, or the bag, depending on the accessories you used.</li>
<li>Carefully remove the paper from the thermos flask.</li>
<li>Cool using a fan or a bucket with lukewarm water.</li>
