DESCRIPTION
- Ideal for keeping your drink at the right temperature at work, on a walk, on an excursion, at the gym, etc.

- Inner mug made of stainless steel, not suitable for sublimation
- Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher
- Can be personalised using a mug press or sublimation oven. No jig required for printing
- Can also be personalised using other techniques such as adhesive vinyl, transfer or screen printing. These techniques can be combined
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- For the outer plastic mug to fit into the inner steel mug, it must be sublimated. The outer mug shrinks in height and diameter during sublimation. Only then can it be assembled without issue
- Although the interior is resistant to rust, it is not resistant to corrosion. Avoid keeping acidic, fermented or carbonated drinks inside for more than 24 hours. It is recommended to wash after each use

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 170ºC
- Place the printed side of the paper around the plastic mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Insert the aluminium inner mug into the plastic mug
- Place the mug in the mug press and close it for 100 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
- Carefully remove the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180ºC
- Place the printed side of the paper on the plastic mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Place the mug inside a shrink bag and use a heat gun to adhere the bag to the printed paper on the mug
- Place the mug in the oven for 8 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the mug from the oven
- It is important to do this while hot. If not possible, reheat for a few minutes at 180ºC
- Carefully remove the bag and paper from the mug
