DESCRIPTION

COVERS

• Customisable on both sides from seam to seam
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, transfer, rhinestones, textile vinyl and screen printing

FILLING

• Outer fabric is non-woven (TST), 100% polypropylene
• Inner filling is siliconised hollow conjugated fibre, 100% polyester
• Increase the volume or firmness of the filling by purchasing fibre separately. See in Related Products
• Delivered vacuum-packed

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Although it can be fully customised, we recommend leaving 0.5 cm at the zipper part (the seam width) to avoid damage

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 °C
• Air dry
• Do not dry clean

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Ensure the fabric is clean, free of lint or pills. You can remove them with a lint remover
• Heat the press to 180 °C
• Place protective paper on the base of the press and then the cushion cover
• Place the printed side of the paper on the cover
• Place protective paper on top
• Press at high pressure for 120-180 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated cover
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the same process on the other side
