DESCRIPTION

• Felt suitable for sublimation, can be personalised on both sides
• Can be cut with die cutters, scissors or cutters
• Easy to fold, stamp, iron, iron-on, sew, staple, and glue
• No creasing or fraying of edges
• Can also be personalised by cutting and laser engraving

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• It does not shrink or reduce in thickness after the sublimation process. It is recommended to use protective paper during heat transfers which can be found in Related Products
• Felt can be cut with a plotter using a deep-cutting blade

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design at mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Place the felt cut to the desired size on the plate of the iron and the printed part of the paper on the felt
• We recommend sublimating with medium pressure for 40 seconds.
• With the help of a protective glove remove the newly printed felt
• Carefully remove the paper
• Repeat the whole process on the other side if desired
