DESCRIPTION

• Felts suitable for dye sublimation printing, customisable on both sides
• Can be cut with punch die, scissors or cutter
• Easy to fold, print, ironing, stitching, stapling and gluing
• No creasing or fraying of edges
• Can also be customised by cutting and laser engraving

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• No thinning or thinning after cutting sublimation process. It is recommended to use protective paper during the heat transfer which can be found at Related Products
• To make graduation stoles: we recommend using our service to cut the 25 m roll into 6 pieces, each 15 cm wide (6 x 15 = 90 cm). This way, you’ll avoid material wastage and the cut edges will be even

   

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters indicated with as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design at mode mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Place the felt cut to the desired size, on the plate on the press and the printed part of the paper on the felt
• We recommend sublimating with medium pressure for 40 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the felt remove the freshly printed
• Carefully peel off the paper
• Repeat the whole process on the other side if desired
