DESCRIPTION
- Technical fabric breathable quick-drying and crease-resistant fabric
- Reinforced armholes and collar with double stitching
- Sublimatable on the entire surface, including seams (prints all over or full print)
- From white color, without sleeves y round neck
- You can also customize them with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, heat transfer vinyl and screen printing
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Use a temporary spray adhesive to avoid ghosting during dye sublimation printing
- Before sublimating, insert the adhesive inside the t-shirt protective paper to avoid ghosting of the inks stain the plates of the press
IMPORTANT NOTICE
- T-shirts may show slight variations in shade, size by measurement, and shape. This depends on the production batch

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand wash or machine wash at 30ºC
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Air dry preferably
RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print on design in mode mirror
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Use a lint remover brush to clean the t-shirt to remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
- Place the t-shirt on the lower platen on the press and the printed part of the paper on the t-shirt
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed t-shirt the freshly printed
- Carefully peel off the paper
