DESCRIPTION

Ideal for events or sports luggage
Silk-like, nuclear white t-shirt with shimmering sheen
Reinforced armholes and collar with double stitching
Sublimatable on all surfaces, including seams (all over or full print)
Sleeveless with non-deformable round neckline
Breathable and soft fabric. Pleasant to the touch
Standard straight cut. Not too tight, not too loose
Can also be customised with other techniques such as DTF, DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, textile vinyl and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Use a temporary spray adhesive to avoid ghosting during sublimation
Use protective paper on the plate plates to prevent ink smearing
Use anti-marking foam to cushion, prevent or minimise marking of the sublimation paper during ironing

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

These parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to make preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

Print the design in mode mirror
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Use a lint brush to clean the T-shirt to remove any dirt or dust that may cause staining
Place the T-shirt on the base plate of the iron and the printed part of the paper on top of the T-shirt
Close the press with medium-high pressure for 35 seconds
With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed T-shirt
Carefully peel off the paper
