DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 °C
- Remove the thermos cap
- Place the printed side of the paper around the thermos and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Place the thermos in the mug press and close it with medium pressure for 60 - 80 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated thermos
- Carefully remove the paper
SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180-200 °C
- Remove the thermos cap
- Place the printed side of the paper around the thermos and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Place the thermos inside a shrink bag and use a heat gun to adhere the bag to the printed paper on the thermos
- Insert the thermos in the oven for 6-7 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the bag
- Carefully remove the bag and paper from the thermos
