DESCRIPTION

• Two-tone short sleeve raglan T-shirts
• Technical fabric made of 2 types of polyester:
  • Side panels and sleeve interior: micro-perforated. Facilitates sweat evaporation
  • Main fabric: mesh or bird's eye
• Round neck with reinforced inner seam strap. Non-deformable
• Slightly fitted and breathable. Suitable for all types of sports and outdoor activities
• Only the white or neon colour parts are suitable for sublimation
• You can also personalise them with other techniques such as DTG, transfer, embroidery, rhinestones, heat transfer vinyl and screen printing

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Before sublimation, note that the T-shirt colours will mix with the image colours, changing their tone. It is recommended to use a dark design to minimise this effect

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• T-shirts may show slight variations in colour, size by measurement, and shape depending on the production batch

TIPS AND TRICKS

• Use anti-mark foam to cushion, avoid or minimise sublimation paper marks during pressing
• Apply temporary spray adhesive on the lower platen of the press to avoid ghosting during sublimation

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
• Do not use bleach or dry clean
• Air dry
• Iron at a low temperature

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror image
• Preheat the press to 200 °C
• Use a lint brush to clean the T-shirt and remove any impurities or dust that may cause stains
  
• Place the T-shirt on the lower platen of the press and the paper's printed side against it
• Close the press at a medium pressure for 40-50 seconds
• Remove the newly printed T-shirt using a protective glove
• Peel off the paper carefully
