DESCRIPTION

• Stanley-style thermo jugs, suitable for food consumption. They do not transfer flavour to the drink
• Suitable for full sublimation using an oven or partial with a mug press
• Stainless steel interior with double wall to maintain the liquid's temperature for longer
• Transparent screw cap with sliding tab: includes a straw hole and open/close spout function
• Straight plastic straw
• Wide mouth for easy filling and cleaning
• Large ergonomic plastic handle for comfortable carrying

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• The sliding tab does not seal the hole hermetically. The jug should be kept in the upright position
• For sublimation with an oven, it is necessary to remove the handle from the body. It can be unscrewed easily
• The total capacity of the jug is 1.2 L, which reduces to 1.1 L when the lid is placed

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH MUG OR CYLINDRICAL OBJECT PRESS

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the lid
• Place the printed design around the jug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
• Place the jug in the press
• Close the press with medium pressure for 80-90 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated jug
• Carefully remove the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the oven to 180-200 ºC
• Remove the lid and handle from the jug
• Place the printed side of the paper around the jug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
• Place the jug inside a shrink wrap or silicone sheet and use a heat gun to adhere the wrap to the printed paper
• Sublimate in the oven for 6-7 minutes
• Using a protective glove, remove the silicone sheet or shrink wrap, as applicable
• Carefully remove the wrap and paper from the jug
