DESCRIPTION

• Shot glass perfect for the hotel and catering industry: bars, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs, cocktail bars...
• Ideal as a souvenir at events and as a gift for celebrations
• Slightly conical body with gold-coloured metallic edge
• They can also be personalised using the following techniques: transfer, self-adhesive vinyl, screen printing or DTF

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Customisable with sublimation oven using clamp (Ref. 032766), silicone sheets or heat shrink bags
• Avoid using the microwave
• Dishwasher safe

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the printed design in mirror image around the glass and fix it using adhesive heat tape
• Tighten the clamp, or insert it into a heat shrinkable bag and heat it with the heat shrink stripping gun avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
• Sublimate in the oven for 8 minutes
• With the help of a protective glove, remove it from the mould, from the silicone sheet or remove the bag, as the case may be
• Carefully peel off the paper from the glass
