Parameters given for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
Print the design in mirror mode
Preheat the press to 200 ºC
Place the printed design in mirror image around the glass and fix it using adhesive heat tape
Tighten the clamp, or insert it into a heat shrinkable bag and heat it with the heat shrink stripping gun avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
Sublimate in the oven for 8 minutes
With the help of a protective glove, remove it from the mould, from the silicone sheet or remove the bag, as the case may be
