DESCRIPTION

• Machine-sewn fold

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Customisable on the entire surface, but partial printing is recommended
• Before customising the grey cap, keep in mind that the colours will blend with those of the image to be sublimated, changing its hue. One way to minimise this effect is to choose designs with dark colours

MEASUREMENTS

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
• Avoid using bleach
• Air dry
• Do not iron

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the white cap on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the cap
• Close the press with medium-high pressure for 45 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated white cap
