DESCRIPTION
- Winter caps ideal for inclusion in your winter clothing catalogue
- Unisex model, one size fits all
- Patch edge overlocked in the same colour as the cap
- Can be folded to different heights
- Can also be customised with other techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, DTF, textile vinyl, screen printing, DTG and transfer
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- When sublimating the patch, inks may transfer to the rest of the cap. It is recommended to cover the area around the patch with protective paper

WASHING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC
- Air dry
- Do not use bleach
RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated with an indicative character. It is recommended to conduct prior tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 190 - 200 ºC
- Place the cap on the press base and the printed side of the paper on the white patch
- Cover the area outside the patch with protective paper
- Close the press with medium pressure for 30 - 45 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly customised cap
- Carefully remove the paper
