DESCRIPTION

• Photo block type photo panels. Due to their thickness, they stand on their own without the need for support
• Can be placed in horizontal or vertical orientation
• Sublimable side is lighter and has a rough texture. The reverse side is slightly darker
• Black coloured edges
• Can also be customised with other techniques such as screen printing, adhesive vinyl, UV DTF, transfer, DTF, and UV printing
• You can hang them on the wall with hooks or add a stand for greater stability
• Find suitable packaging or presentation boxes separately

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• They may include a protective white paper layer that should be removed before customising
• The grain differs from one photo panel to another, characteristic of natural wood
• The edges may contain residues from laser cutting. They can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Protect the design from wear or provide a glossy finish by applying protective varnish to the wood

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Perform a pre-pressing for 60 seconds, placing protective paper above and below the panel
• Allow the photopanel to cool completely
• Place the photo panel on the press with the printed side of the design facing the lighter side of the photo panel
• Press at medium pressure for 120 seconds
• Remove the sublimated panel from the press and carefully remove the paper
