DESCRIPTION

• Photo panels in photo block style. Although they include a stand, due to their thickness, they can stand upright on their flat edge without needing the stand
• Darker sublimable side with natural grain
• Reverse side with slot for inserting the wooden stand and hole for hanging
• Rounded edges
• Can also be customised using other techniques such as laser engraving, screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer, DTF and UV printing

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Protect the design from wear or provide a glossy finish by applying protective varnish to the wood

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the panel on the press and the printed side of the paper onto the sublimable side of the panel. Secure it with heat-resistant adhesive tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 100-120 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
• Carefully remove the paper
