DESCRIPTION

• Photo panels in photo block style. Although they include a stand, due to their thickness, they can stand upright on their flat edge without it
• Darker sublimatable side with natural wood grain
• Back with slot for inserting the wooden stand and hole for hanging
• Rounded edges
• Can also be personalised with other techniques such as laser engraving, screen printing, adhesive vinyl, transfer, DTF and UV printing

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Protect the design from wear or give it a glossy finish by applying protective varnish to the wood

DIMENSIONS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Place the panel in the press and the printed side of the paper onto the sublimable side of the panel. Secure with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 100-120 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated panel
• Carefully remove the paper
