DESCRIPTION

• The sublimable side of the customizable ornaments on one side is lighter and softer than the reverse side
• Rounded edges and corners with dark edges
  
• Hole for inserting ribbons to hang the ornaments
• Can also be customised with laser engraving, DTF, screen printing, adhesive vinyl and UV printing
  

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• May include a layer of protective white paper that must be removed before customisation

TIPS AND ADVICE

• Sublimate on one side and engrave original Christmas greetings on the other side as a Christmas card, place card, etc.
• Pair with wooden ball frames and attach them with a ribbon to create elegant embellishments
• Choose designs and colours that highlight the natural grain of the wood
• Varnish the already customised ball to protect it and achieve a glossy or matte finish

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters indicated for guidance purposes. It is recommended to conduct prior tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 180 ºC
• Remove the layer of protective paper, if present
• Place the ornament on the base of the press and the printed design on the customisable side of the ornament. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
• Close the press with medium pressure for 60 seconds
• Remove the freshly printed ornament using a protective glove
• Carefully remove the paper
