- Customisable faces have a clear plastic protective film that needs to be removed before sublimation. The film on some Christmas baubles includes an additional layer of paper to further protect the surface. Easily removable

RECOMMENDED INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS FOR SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Parameters provided as a guideline. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests in order to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror image
- Preheat the press to 190 ºC
- Remove the transparent protective film from the blank side
- Place the ornament on the lower platen of the press and the printed design on the white side of the ornament. Fix it with heat-resistant tape
- Press for 60 seconds, medium pressure
- Using a protective glove, remove the newly printed ornament
- Carefully peel off the paper
