DESCRIPTION
- Suitable for customisation with transfer press and sublimation oven using silicone sheets or shrink wrap bags

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated are for guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium-high pressure for 180 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated mug
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC
- Place the mirror-printed design around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant tape
- Adjust the clamp or place the mug in a shrink wrap bag and heat with a heat gun to avoid wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 13 minutes
- Using a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet, or bag, as applicable
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
