DESCRIPTION

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Place protective paper over the non-sublimable part to avoid staining or damaging it during printing. Secure it with thermal adhesive tape
• Ensure the thermal adhesive tape does not touch the faux leather as it may peel off when removed after sublimation

MEASUREMENTS

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS

Parameters are provided as guidance only. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.

• Print the design in mirror mode
• Heat the press to 200 ºC
• Protect the non-sublimable parts of the flap with protective paper and secure with thermal adhesive tape. If possible, leave these parts outside the press
• Place the open case on the press base with the printed side of the paper on the flap
• Close the press with medium pressure for 40-45 seconds
• Using a protective glove, remove the newly sublimated case
• Carefully remove the paper
