DESCRIPTION
- Ideal as a souvenir and gift for events
- Suitable for standard size sunglasses or reading glasses
- The zip opens from end to end, allowing the case to be opened completely
- Includes a carabiner for easy transport. Can be hung on backpacks, bags, etc.
- Neoprene lining to protect the glasses
- Can also be personalised using other techniques such as screen printing, heat transfer vinyl, rhinestones, embroidery and DTG
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- Can be sublimated on each side in 2 steps or in one go, by opening the case completely on the heat press base plate
- Before sublimating, it is advisable to place a piece of mat or other material under the case so that the area you wish to personalise is at the same height as the edges. This base must be resistant to high temperatures
- Keep the carabiner outside the heat press during sublimation to prevent it from being scratched
- To personalise with DTF, follow the time, temperature, and pressure parameters recommended by the film manufacturer. Also ensure you do not exceed the maximum temperature the fabric can withstand

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are given as a guide only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make the necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the case on the base plate of the press, putting a piece of mat or other material underneath or inside it, until the sublimation area is level with the edge
- Place the printed side of the paper on the case and then cover with protective paper
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 60 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated case
- Carefully remove the paper
- Repeat the same process to sublimate the other side
