DESCRIPTION
- Packaging with side flap closure and front tab lid
- Sublimable side of the box with creases that are not noticeable to the touch, leaving a smooth surface
- Delivered flat-packed for easy customisation
- Easy to assemble. Fold the flaps and secure them with adhesive (not included)
- Can also be customised using other techniques such as adhesive vinyl, screen printing, transfer, or UV DTF

- The box folds with the creases perceptible to the touch on the inside

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters indicated as guidelines. It is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to make necessary adjustments before starting production.
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 175 ºC
- Pre-press the cardstock on the reverse side for 10 seconds to remove moisture
- Place the box's cardstock on the press with the sublimable side facing up and the printed side of the paper on top. Secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press with medium pressure for 70-80 seconds
- Using a protective glove, remove the freshly sublimated cardstock
- Carefully remove the paper
