DESCRIPTION

- Smaller diameter at the base to fit into other mugs of the same type

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
- It is recommended to sublimate the bottom part using shrink bags, a heat gun and a sublimation oven. The top part can be sublimated with a mug press, as well as with a sublimation oven

- Create coordinated sets by sublimating several mugs with matching designs so that, when stacked, they form a continuous and original composition

RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters provided are for guidance only. It is recommended to carry out preliminary tests to make any necessary adjustments before starting production.
WITH MUG PRESS
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the printed paper around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape
- Close the press at medium pressure for 180-200 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the freshly printed mug
- Carefully remove the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design in mirror mode
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC
- Place the mirrored design around the mug and secure it using heat-resistant tape
- Adjust the clamp, or place the mug inside a shrink bag and heat with the heat gun, avoiding the formation of wrinkles. You can also use a silicone sheet
- Sublimate in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the clamp, silicone sheet or shrink bag, as appropriate
- Carefully remove the paper from the mug
