RECOMMENDED SUBLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS AND PARAMETERS
Parameters are for guidance only. They may vary due to many factors such as the paper used, inks, or ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out tests.
WITH A MUG PRESS
- Print the design as a mirror image
- Preheat the press to 200 ºC
- Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and secure it with thermal adhesive tape
- Close the press at medium-high pressure for 310 seconds
- With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug
- Carefully peel off the paper
WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN
- Print the design as a mirror image
- Heat the sublimation oven to 180 ºC
- Place the printed side of the paper on the mug and secure it with heat tape
- Place the clamp for the sublimation oven
- Place the mug in the oven for 13-15 minutes
- At the end of the process, remove the mug with the help of a protective glove
- Carefully peel off the paper
