Recommended instructions and parameters for sublimation printing

Parameters given as a guideline. They can vary due to many factors such as the paper used, the inks or the ambient temperature. For this reason, it is recommended to make tests.

WITH A CUP IRON

• Print the design in image mirror
• Preheat the press to 200 ºC
• Place the paper with the printed side on the mug and stick it to it with thermal adhesive tape
• Close the press at medium-high pressure for 310 seconds
• With the help of a protective glove, remove the newly printed mug to the newly printed side
• Carefully peel off the paper

WITH SUBLIMATION OVEN

• Print the design in mirror image
• Heat the sublimation oven to 180 ºC
• Place the printed part of the paper on the mug. Place the printed part of the envelope on the envelope, stick it with heat tape
